Priester's Custom Contracting, LLC has earned the Certified Green Professional ( CGP ) designation
from the National Association of Home Builders ( NAHB ).  This NAHB designation "recognizes builders,
remodelers, and other industry professionals who incorporate green building principles into homes--
without driving up the cost of construction.  Classwork leading to the designation provides a solid
background in green building methods, as well as the tools to reach consumers, from the organization
leading the charge to provide market-driven green building solutions to the home industry."

Earning the Certified Green Professional designation requires certification in an NAHB program specifically designed to qualify a builder as an expert in Green Building.  Certified Green courses teach residential builders how to reduce environmental impact by incorporating appropriate green practices into their construction products.  It then requires continuing education in the newest green building products and technologies.

Priester's Custom Contracting, LLC has incorporated several green building techniques in previous
projects; such as Low E windows, high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, high efficiency
